Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoons walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 dash cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon raisins
Put the banana in a bowl. Cut the banana into small pieces, and mush it with the back of a spoon. Add all other ingredients. If you like, place small quarter sized dollops into dehydrator. Set dehydrator on 115 and let set for 6 hours. Garnish with apples, cinnamon, raisins and a little bit of honey.
