| This salad is wonderful on the mixed nut bread. Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 3/4 cup of SCD mayo ½ cup of chopped walnuts Couple handfuls of raisins Sea salt to taste pepper to taste Roast Chicken in the oven the night before (leave the skin on to keep it moist or cover the dish to keep in the juices). Cube the Chicken add the mayo. Toss with walnuts and raisins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of greens or on the SCD nut bread. |
