Ingredients: 6 c. peeled, cored, sliced apples 1/2 c. water 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice 1/4 c. honey 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg Boil apples, water, and lemon juice. Cook covered on high for 10-12 minutes, or until apples are tender. Place apples in blender or food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. |
