| I have to say that this is the BEST mayo I have ever had. It is extremely gourmet. Make 1 batch at a time. Will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 1 month. Ingredients: 1 whole egg 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon of Annie's organic mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1 cap of white vinegar 1 cup safflower oil Blend all ingredients in blender EXCEPT safflower oil.
Continue to blend and SLOWLY add the safflower oil…until the mayo has thickened. Place in glass jar and chill the refrigerator. |
