| Makes 1 pizza
Ingredients: Crust: 1/2 cup almond flour 1 egg 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings: tomatoes, sliced basil oregano Chicken (optional) In a bowl mix the above ingredients together add more flour as needed to form a ball.
Oil a cookie sheet with olive oil and add the dough ball. Press with your hands to form the shape of a small pizza crust. Drizzle with olive oil bake for 10 min.
Take out of the oven and add to the top of the pizza….the sliced Tomatoes, Basil & Oregano and whatever yummy toppings you like. |
