| This is a FAVORITE of every kid. This is also a very fast and easy recipe. You can also FREEZE the nuggets after they are baked. Ingredients: Chicken pieces ½ tsp sea salt Pepper to taste Almond Flour Mix in a plastic bag enough Almond flour to coat (4-6)
Add in 1/2 tsp. sea salt, dash of pepper.
Dampen the chicken pieces with water or egg then toss chicken in the bag until coated. Bake in oven at 375 degrees F (200 C) for approx. 45 minutes. Tip: Salt the nuggets after they are cooked. Children on the spectrum tend to love foods that are either salty or sweet. For mom and dad…..after the chicken fingers are done, add swiss cheese, and sauce and bake until cheese is melted. |
